Cancellation policy.

Dutch-Belgian Workshop on Recommender Systems (DBWRS)

14-15 December 2023

Cancellations requested before October 30, 2023: 100% refund.

Cancellations requested before November 14, 2023: 70% refund.

Cancellations requested before November 28 , 2023: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested after November 28, 2023, 2023 are non-refundable. Due to financial obligations incurred by the organizers, no refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests after November 28, 2023. 

All cancellation requests must be made by sending an email to DBWRS2023@gmail.com, listing the exact name of the registered participant as listed on the ticket.

Substitute attendees are welcome, subject to eligibility. To request a ticket name change, please contact DBWRS2023@gmail.com. No more name changes are possible from 7 days prior to the event.
